Year 11 GCSE Courses

Year 11 courses are designed for students who wish to transfer to the College from other schools at the end of Year 10. We may, in certain circumstances, be able to offer a One Year GCSE course in a few subjects for those students who wish to take additional subjects or improve existing grades, dependent on the age, circumstance and ability of the student.

In addition to the large number of GCSE subjects offered as 2nd year GCSE’s, the GCSE Core Programme is also offered for five and seven subjects as a 2nd year GCSE. This is dependent on the age, circumstance and ability of the student.

The Five-Subject GCSE Core Programme includes English Language, English Literature, Maths and Science (Dual Award)

The Seven-Subject GCSE Programme includes Business Studies, English Language, English Literature, Maths, Psychology and Science (Dual Award)
