Personal Mentors
At St Albans Independent College, every student is assigned a personal mentor for the duration of their time at the College. Regular meetings with mentors help students address academic challenges, explore personal issues, and ensure they can reach their full potential.
Continuous Academic and Pastoral Support
Teachers provide regular feedback to mentors on student effort and attainment, allowing mentors to closely monitor progress across all subjects. Mentors are also available for pastoral support, helping students manage any personal matters throughout the year.
